So, what happens if the local partner I am working with does not satisfy my client?
HSRA is committed to ensure satisfaction of all parties involved. This is why all parties involved are to have a collaborative virtual meeting before beginning services.
How long can I be a local partner?
As long as you are in good standing with HSRA as an HSRA Member and have proven to be a reputable company under the local partner program, you can be a part of this program for as long as you would like. 
Are all local partners members of HSRA?
Yes. All local partners are members of HSRA. This ensures that all companies represented have been vetted and are receiving continuous training.
Is there a fee to become a local partner?
There is currently no fee to become a local partner, but this is subject to change. 

What if there are multiple Staging companies in the same area?
Some companies focus more on Occupied Staging, others on Luxury, others on Volume. As the referring company, you will decide which company works best for your client.

How do the referral fee and royalty fee work?
The local partner will pay the referring company 10% of the project revenue. From there, the referring company will pay HSRA 3% of that 10%. 

Can I decide who I want to partner with?
Yes. When you become a local partner, you will gain access to the local partner network site where you can decide which companies to work with. 

How do I know if the local partner I am working with will satisfy my client?
HSRA will gain testimonials from all parties. Throughout the servicing, the referring company and local partner will need to be in communication.

What if I don't have Quickbooks Online?
Quickbooks online is required to ensure the payments and fees are securely and accurately processed. You will need to have Quickbooks.
